Cocktail 1: The Bestie (Cotton Candy + Bubbly) Level: EASY

I wanted to offer an easy to make and approachable cocktail that would capture the beautiful moments shared between best friends no matter how far apart they may be. The cotton candy represents the sweet and fun moments while the bubbles represent the depths and unexpected experiences shared. Combining both of these elements isn’t only trendy, it’s super easy! My recommendation is to try this recipe with champagne like Moet & Chandon or a California sparkling wine like Chandon Brut or Rose!

Cocktail 2: The Cupid (Vodka + Homemade Honey Rose Syrup + Rose Petals +Strawberry Sparkling Water) Level: MEDIUM

If we are celebrating friendships, why are we calling out Cupid?! I think we all have “cupid” in our group. You know, the friend who always wants you to have the happy ending or to find your soulmate? We love and appreciate those moments in our friendship! This cocktail blends together some of the most beautiful and simple ingredients for a fresh and subtle experience. You never know when love will seep into your life but you do know when your friends are up to something!

Cocktail 3: The 143 (Whiskey + Homemade Honey Rose Syrup + Egg White + Strawberry Sparkling Water +Rose Petals) Level: COMPLEX

1,4,3 is the numerical code for I Love You. Everyone has a different interpretation of love and for me, this cocktail represents the complexity and beauty of pure love in friendships and relationships. The 143 is my favorite cocktail of the three. It’s silky, smooth, sweet and complex . This is the drink that you sip and savor. The added element of the egg white brings in texture to the cocktail without adding any flavor. It gives an effect of creaminess and provides as perfect fluffy layer of foam to hold the rose petals.
