New Years Cheers

Music in Video: Ocean Jams-Essence

Ingredients:

1 Part Apple Syrup

4 Parts Champagne

Optional: Honey & Edible Glitter or Colored Baking Sprinkles

How to Make it:

  1. Rim the glass with honey and roll through your sugar (yay, festive!)

  2. Pour in apple syrup and then top with your favorite champagne!

Fun Facts…a little something extra!

I used Moet & Chandon champagne for this one because it’s a typically a champagne that satisfies many. It’s vibrant, light and fresh and has hints of green apple in it as well. By adding in the apple syrup, you bring out more of the apple notes! Champagne is a beautiful beverage and although I may be biased, I truly do believe there is always room for it in your life! In order for Champagne to truly be a Champagne, it must come from the Champagne region of France. Before you go shaking a bottle of champagne, remember that each bottle (750ml) contains up to 90 lbs per square inch, so yea…That’s a lot of pressure! So don’t shake it, keep the cage on it and point away from people and pop it open like the boss that you are!

Happy New Year!

Cheers,
